Cashells Own Homemade Sausages & Bacon

We remember the days when sausages consisted of no more than Pork , Pork and beef or Beef that was it !!

How times have changed, we still however still use the same principles of sausage making still mixing and making our sausages by hand. If you've been in the shop you will have seen the variation in size of the sausages !!

We still however maintain the same Quality ingredients. "What you put in you get out" a favorite saying of ours.

- We use Pork from our local pigs and British pork . Cuts used to make our sausages will be Legs, Shoulder and Belly pork .
