Sticky onion marmalade sausages

Ingredients

8 Cashells Homemade Pork Sausages

4tbsp Tracklements Original Onion Marmalade

Directions

Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done.

Take out and spoon the onion marmalade on top of the sausages.

Finish it in the oven for a further 5mins.

Serve on a bed of sweet potato mash.

Stir in a little Red wine with the pan juices for a wonderful onion gravy.
