Free-range Welsh pork from the Black Mountains

Our free-range pork comes from Kyle & Lauren Holford at Forest Coalpit Farm, a little over five miles from our door. Their pigs spend their whole life outdoors, rootling in fields and woodland for grasses, roots, nuts and acorns. And because they’re so active, and eat such a varied diet, their meat is naturally darker and tastes much richer than intensively reared pork.
