Traditionally reared Welsh lamb from the Black Mountains

For most of the year, our lamb comes from the Wright family at Ty Llys Farm, Tretower, just three miles down the road. They’ve been supplying us since the late 1980s, and we always look forward to May and the first of their sweet and tender grass-fed lamb. For the rest of the year, it comes from Davey Rees’s farm just above Crickhowell. His ewes lamb earlier in the season, so they fill the gap perfectly, and it means we can offer top-quality Farm-Assured local lamb all year round.
