We’re rightly proud of our sausages. Every week, we handmake over 1,000 of our Traditional Pork sausages – a breakfast favourite – simply to satisfy demand from local hotels and B&Bs. And in late August we go into overdrive, turning out thousands more for revellers at the local Green Man music festival.

Our recipe for success? Top-quality meat and delicious seasonings. We like our sausages meaty, so they’re generously sized and always a minimum 70 per cent meat, minced twice for perfect succulence. And so no one misses out, we’ve also developed a range of delicious gluten-free sausages, all made without preservatives.

For bacon and gammon, we go for good old-fashioned flavour, sourcing ours from expert curers who pride themselves on using quality British pork.

  • Black pudding x 4 slices (225g)

    Laced with onion and aromatic thyme, our savoury black pudding is a breakfast essential – but equally at home in hearty stuffings, crumbled over mash, or pan fried and served up with scallops as part of a posh supper menu. We make our puddings by hand, stirring in succulent chunks of roasted beef fat and diced bacon for extra richness and a hint of smoky flavour.

    We make these traditional Welsh favourites with fresh leeks and rich-tasting free-range pork from Forest Coalpit Farm just five miles from our door. We use hand-trimmed cuts – mostly leg and shoulder – and no squeaky bits. And we mince the meat twice for extra succulence, adding sweet blanched leeks plus a dash of warming spice to really round out the flavour.
  • Pork & apple sausages x 6 (550g)

    Nothing goes better with pork than apple, so we’ve combined the two in these succulent sausages. We make them by hand, using select cuts of British pork – mostly leg and shoulder – and no squeaky bits. And we mince the meat twice for an even consistency, adding chunks of sweet dried apple along with ginger, nutmeg and other warming spices. The final touch? A splash of local award-winning Welsh Farmhouse Organic Apple Juice for added zing.
