Our meaty Beef Short Ribs are an impressive cut. Not only do they look the business, but the flavour is fantastic too – rich and deep, with a natural succulence thanks to a good marbling of flavoursome fat. They’re versatile too – excellent slow cooked (the collagen and marrow break down to create the most delicious pan juices), but also fabulous grilled or barbecued, especially with one of our luscious marinades.
