Sometimes known as pork fillet, our British Pork Tenderloin is the perfect cut if you prefer your pork boneless and very lean. The Tenderloin is a rarely used muscle, so it’s naturally succulent and, as you’d expect from the name, deliciously tender. Plus it’s super quick and easy to cook: just pan-fry whole, then slice into juicy medallions to serve. Approx weight: 500-600g.
