Weighing in at 2.2-2.5kg, it’s handmade the traditional way, using pasteurised cow’s milk sourced from local farms within two miles of the dairy. And like it’s bigger 8kg brothers, it’s rich and gorgeously creamy, with the ideal balance of fruity blue veining and rich, buttery paste. So good, in fact, you may not want to share it.
