Based at Llest Farm in the Vale of Glamorgan, Gwynt y Ddraig is an award-winning Welsh cider and perry company, set up by cider enthusiasts Bill George and Andrew Gronow in 2001. The company sources most of its fruit from Welsh orchards, with additional fruit coming from Somerset and Herefordshire. The freshly harvested fruit is milled and pressed on the farm, then slowly fermented and matured in oak casks. The result is a range of traditional farmhouse ciders and perries, brimming with crisp, refreshing flavour.
