Easter cheeseboard
£30.00
Created with Easter feasting in mind, this selection brings you generous servings of four first-rate British and Continental cheeses. Lucy’s choice includes sweet and creamy Dolcelatte from Italy, a fabulously fresh-tasting soft-ripened French goat’s cheese, classic oozy Brie de Meaux, and a savoury West Country cheddar with just the right amount of bite. And because it’s Easter, we’re adding a surprise – a 113g jar of The Fine Cheese Co’s Fruit for Cheese in one of four luscious flavours.
See below for tasting notes and allergy advice.
Please note: all our cheeses are hand cut, so the weights given are approximate. We try hard to cut them as accurately as we can!

Galbani Dolcelatte (350-400g)
Dolcelatte (literally “sweet milk”) is a deliciously soft and creamy Italian blue cheese with a delicate sweetness and just a hint of tang. It’s made with a rich mix of pasteurised cow’s milk and double cream and is suitable for vegetarians.
Mélusine Goat Log (200-250g)
Produced in the Poitou-Charentes region of the Loire Valley, Mélusine is a soft-ripened French goat’s cheese with a velvety edible rind. Complex and creamy, with sweet notes of caramel, it’s suitable for vegetarians.
Brie de Meaux Rouzaire AOP (350-400g)
Made exclusively in the île-de-France using raw cows’ milk, Brie de Meaux is the original brie, crowned “king of cheeses” at the 1814 Congress of Vienna. Protected by the prestigious Appellation D’Origine Protégée, it’s rich and creamy, with a soft, oozy texture and earthy, mushroomy notes that intensify as it ripens. Made with animal rennet.
Holmbury Vintage Farmhouse Cheddar PDO (450-500g)
Sharp yet creamy, Holmbury is a traditional PDO West Country cheddar. It’s handmade at Lye Cross Farm in Somerset using pasteurised cow’s milk, and matured for at least 12 months for a rich, rounded flavour and characteristic vintage tang. Suitable for vegetarians.
