These award-winning Free-Range Bronze Turkeys come from the Davis family, who farm near Pontypool in Monmouthshire. The birds are properly free-range, so they spend their days roaming rolling green pastures, and at night roost safely in airy barns. The turkeys grow slowly to full maturity, and because they’re so active, and eat a varied diet of grain and naturally foraged food, they produce plenty of rich-tasting, fine-grained meat. The family process the birds on the farm, and hang them for at least 10 days for exceptional succulence and flavour. Perfect for your festive table. Comes with full cooking instructions and pop-up timer.
