A Free-Range Roaster Chicken is ideal for smaller festive gatherings. Ours are reared by Soanes Poultry in the Yorkshire Wolds. They’ve been farming poultry since 1947, and their free-range birds are reared to high welfare standards. The result is a really succulent, well-muscled bird, with meaty legs and plenty of richly flavoured breast meat. £10.95/kg.
