Golden Cenarth is a pungent, semi-soft organic cheese, rind-washed in cider to develop its characteristic orange-hued coating and uniquely savoury, nutty taste. The cheese softens as it ripens, with the flavour and aroma becoming richer and more distinct. And if you like your cheese even more gooey, try baking it at 200˚C for 20 minutes. Suitable for vegetarians.
