If you love our local lamb, our Half Lamb Box is great value, and perfect for filling the freezer. Here’s what you get:
- 1 x Whole Leg
- 1 x Whole Shoulder
- 1 x Breast
- 1 x Rack of Lamb (whole or as 7 x Chops)
- 5-6 x Loin Chops
And to make life easier for you, we’ll cut the meat to your requirements and vac-pack it ready for the freezer. Just tell us in the Notes section when you get to the Checkout whether you want the Leg and Shoulder whole, halved or boned and rolled, whether you’d the like the Breast whole or boned, and whether you’d prefer your Rack of Lamb whole or cut into individual Chops. You can also request to have some of your meat (eg half x Breast or half x Shoulder) as Lamb Mince.
Worried about fitting it in your freezer? It all packs down surprisingly neatly, especially if you opt for boned and rolled joints.
