Our home-cured shortback bacon is the real deal, made with meaty British pork loin, dry cured over 14 days with our special salt rub. Forget the disappointment of supermarket bacon: ours comes the traditional way – rind on and medium sliced for a really savoury bite. And because we don’t add water, there’s no shrinkage, so each rasher cooks to crisp perfection. Perfect for a classic bacon butty, and delicious with our traditional thick pork sausages and black pudding as part of a hearty breakfast.
