Tracklements Hot Wholegrain Mustard has all the heat of proper English mustard with the bite of classic wholegrain. Not for the faint-hearted, it’s delicious smothered on steak, stirred into mash or mixed with cream cheese and used to stuff chicken breasts. It also pairs wonderfully with pork: try serving our pork chops with a creamy sauce made with pan-fried apples and leeks, crème fraîche and a couple of teaspoons of Hot Wholegrain Mustard. Gorgeous!
