Our home-baked pork pies are hard to resist, with crisp golden hot-water-crust pastry filled with our richly flavoured local free-range pork. We prefer a really meaty pie, so we make ours without the traditional jelly. Available in two sizes: small approx. 180g; large approx. 450g.
Ingredients: Free-range Welsh pork, flavour enhancer E621, antioxidants (E301, ascorbic acid) natural flavourings (celery), preservatives (E250, E251), pastry (wheat flour [contains calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin], lard, water, soya flour, salt, crumb softener [wheat flour, flour treatment agent E920]), egg glaze.
