Pork Sausagemeat (450g)


We sell a lot of this succulent Pork Sausagemeat during the festive season. It’s the key ingredient for homemade stuffings, and Christmas parties just aren’t complete without a plate of proper sausage rolls. We make our sausagemeat to the same meaty recipe as our best-selling Traditional Pork Sausages. So we use only hand-trimmed cuts of British pork: mostly shoulder and leg, and no squeaky bits. And we mince the meat twice for an even consistency, seasoning it with our special blend of warming spices.
