Our succulent Pork Sausagemeat is the key ingredient for homemade stuffings and sausage rolls. It’s made to the same meaty recipe as our best-selling Traditional Pork Sausages, so we use only hand-trimmed cuts of British pork: mostly shoulder and leg, and no squeaky bits. And we mince the meat twice for an even consistency, seasoning it with our special blend of warming spices.
