Special Recipe Pork Sausagemeat (450g) – made without gluten-containing ingredients*


Created for people who prefer to avoid wheat, our Special-Recipe* Pork Sausagemeat is made using rice flour instead of traditional rusk, with select cuts of British pork minced twice for an even consistency. Seasoned with a hint of leek and onion and our special blend of warming spices, it’s perfect for hearty stuffings, meatballs and homemade sausage rolls

We don’t add preservatives to this product, so we may freeze it to ensure you receive it at its very best. Simply defrost in the fridge overnight before using. If left defrosted for more than two days, the sausagemeat may start to lose its natural pink colour. This doesn’t affect the taste or texture, but it may look less appealing, so it’s best to use it promptly, as with any defrosted food.

* While we take every care to exclude wheat and other gluten-containing ingredients when making this sausagemeat, we haven’t had it laboratory tested, so we cannot claim it’s gluten free.
