Teifi Organic Halloumi is a two-gold-star Great Taste award winner. It’s handmade in West Wales, using locally sourced unpasteurised organic cow’s milk – and it’s an absolute cracker: a beautifully bouncy, semi-hard cheese with a smooth, creamy flavour and classic salty tang. Delicious grilled, fried or barbecued for a crisp golden crust.
