Toulouse Sausages x 6 (550g)
Our succulent Toulouse Sausages are perfect for making cassoulet, the hearty French sausage and bean stew, and just as good on the barbecue. As with all our sausages, we make them by hand, using select cuts of British pork – mostly leg and shoulder – and no squeaky bits. We mince the meat twice for an even consistency, and flavour it with a pungent blend of red wine, aromatic herbs and plenty of sweet garlic.
