Our higher-welfare Traditional White Turkeys come from the Davis family, who farm near Pontypool in Monmouthshire. They choose slower-growing traditional breeds and rear them to maturity in airy barns with plenty of natural light. The birds are bedded daily with fresh straw or wood shavings and given more space than standard welfare guidelines so they have plenty of room to move. The result is a succulent, full-flavoured turkey, with a high proportion of breast meat. Comes with full cooking instructions and pop-up timer.
