Our skinless, boneless tuna loin steaks are sourced from the waters around Vietnam. They’re rich in flavour, with a succulent, meaty texture, and we like them best cooked very briefly over a high heat, so they remain pink in the middle.

Although every care has been taken to remove all bones, some may remain.
