Rare-breed Welsh Black beef

Our Welsh Black beef is reared by the Wright family, at Ty Llys Farm in Tretower, just three miles from our door. The Welsh Black is one of Britain’s oldest native breeds, with a history dating back over 1,000 years. It thrives on rough upland pastures and is renowned for producing well-marbled beef with real depth of flavour.

It’s a true taste of Wales. And right now it’s available in all our usual beef cuts.
