Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages
8 Cashells Homemade Pork Sausages
4tbsp Tracklements Original Onion Marmalade
- Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done.
- Take out and spoon the onion marmalade on top of the sausages.
- Finish it in the oven for a further 5mins.
- Serve on a bed of sweet potato mash.
- Stir in a little Red wine with the pan juices for a wonderful onion gravy.
