Sticky Onion Marmalade Sausages

Ingredients:

8 Cashells Homemade Pork Sausages

4tbsp Tracklements Original Onion Marmalade

Directions:

  1. Cook the sausages in the oven until almost done.
  2. Take out and spoon the onion marmalade on top of the sausages.
  3. Finish it in the oven for a further 5mins.
  4. Serve on a bed of sweet potato mash.
  5. Stir in a little Red wine with the pan juices for a wonderful onion gravy.
