Gwynt y Ddraig Dabinett Welsh Cider (500ml)
£2.80 – £8.00
Gwynt y Ddraig Dabinett Welsh Cider is made solely from bittersweet Dabinett apples, one of the key varieties in many Welsh cider orchards. The result is a deliciously refreshing medium-dry cider with a soft astringency and full body. 6% ABV. Suitable for vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. Contains sulphites.
Gwynt y Ddraig is an award-winning Welsh cider and perry company, based at Llest Farm in the Vale of Glamorgan. Set up by cider enthusiasts Bill George and Andrew Gronow in 2001, the company sources most of its fruit from Welsh orchards, with additional fruit coming from Somerset and Herefordshire. The freshly harvested fruit is milled and pressed on the farm, then slowly fermented and matured in oak casks. The result is a range of traditional farmhouse ciders and perries, brimming with crisp, refreshing flavour.
