Naturally lean and full of flavour, game is one of our favourite autumnal treats. We source our pheasant, partridge and mallard fresh from well-managed shoots across Mid Wales and Shropshire, while our rabbits are shot locally by expert marksmen. Our wild game is supplied oven ready, and while care is taken to remove shot, occasionally some may remain, so please check your bird or rabbit carefully before cooking. And if you don’t want to worry about shot, try our farmed Guinea fowl or succulent duck breast fillets.
