Produced in Normandy using pasteurised cow’s milk, Le Rustique Camembert is a full-flavoured soft ripened cheese with a rich, creamy texture and savoury, almost garlicky taste. It’s firmer when young, but as it matures the texture softens and the flavour becomes more pronounced. Delicious served simply with salad and a crusty baguette, or try baking one whole for a gorgeously gooey treat. Made with animal rennet.
