Swiss Gruyère AOP (200g)
This classic Swiss Gruyère AOP is made with raw cows’ milk and slowly matured in the cave-like atmosphere of specialist cheese cellars. The wheels are carefully turned and brushed with brine over a period of at least five months, resulting in a smooth, slightly crumbly hard cheese with notes of dried fruit and candied walnuts and a subtle, spicy tang. Delicious on the cheeseboard and great for melting. Made with animal rennet.
