From the family-run Caws Teifi dairy in Ceredigion, Chilli Teifi is a spicy twist on their buttery Gouda-style Natural Teifi cheese. Handmade to the family’s ancient Dutch recipe, using raw organic cow’s milk from local herds, it’s laced with a generous sprinkling of chilli flakes for a fiery kick. Made using animal rennet.
