Cumin Teifi (organic)

From the family-run Caws Teifi dairy in Ceredigion, Cumin Teifi is a delicious twist on their buttery Gouda-style Natural Teifi cheese. Handmade to the family’s ancient Dutch recipe, using raw organic cow’s milk from local herds, it’s stirred through with a generous sprinkling of aromatic cumin seeds. A traditional Dutch addition, the softly spicy, savoury flavour of the cumin complements the creaminess perfectly. And we’re told this cheese works beautifully in a curry! Made using animal rennet.
