Gammon Joint


Our lean and meaty British Gammon Joints are cut from prime pork legs and come boned, cured and ready to cook, without the need for lengthy soaking. They’re a super-versatile choice: delicious slow roasted, steamed or boiled, and equally good served hot or cold. We like the best of both worlds: enjoyed hot for one meal, with plenty of succulent leftovers for sandwiches, salads, pasta bakes and pies.
