Our Home-Cured Bacon is the real deal, made with meaty British pork, dry cured over 14 days with our special salt rub. Forget the disappointment of wafer-thin supermarket bacon: ours comes medium sliced for a really savoury bite. And because we don’t add water, there’s no shrinkage, and each rasher cooks to crisp perfection. Perfect for a classic bacon butty, and delicious with our traditional thick pork sausages and black pudding as part of a hearty breakfast. Choose from Shortback, Streaky or Middle (the best of both!), sold medium cut in 500g packs.
