Montagnolo Affine


Montagnolo Affine is a deliciously decadent blue-veined cheese, combining the velvety texture and buttery richness of a classic triple-crème brie with a subtle blue-cheese tang. It’s made in the Allgäu region of Germany, using pasteurised cow’s milk, and aged at a low temperature. This slows the maturation process, and allows the cheese to develop a distinctive sweet aroma and piquant, subtly spicy flavour. Suitable for vegetarians.
