Pitchfork Cheddar (organic)


Pitchfork Cheddar is a multi-award-winning extra-mature cheddar from Somerset’s renowned Trethowan Brothers. It’s handmade using raw organic cow’s milk, clothbound with lard and matured for 12-14 months for a really rich full-bodied flavour with a succulent, lactic bite. Dense and fudgy, with a soft, flaky texture, this is Cheddar as it should be. Made using animal rennet.
Please note: all our cheeses are hand cut, so the weights given are approximate. We try hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
