Laced with vibrant curry spices, our Tandoori Lamb Sausages are deliciously different: a great way to spice up your next barbecue and a brilliant way to zhuzh up midweek meals. Like all our sausages they’re made by hand, using select cuts of local Welsh lamb. We mince the meat twice for an even consistency, then season it with a classic Tandoori blend of coriander, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, ginger and garlic, plus a dash of chilli for a spicy kick.
