Gorgonzola Piccante


Our May artisan cheese of the month is an Italian classic – luscious, savoury Gorgonzola Piccante. This piquant blue-veined cows’ milk cheese has a rich, creamy texture and spicy tang: gorgeous crumbled into salads, melted over steaks and burgers, or stirred into pasta or risotto. It’s also delicious in savoury tarts and perfect on the cheeseboard, partnered with walnuts and pears.
Enjoy it this month for the special price of £2/100g (usually £2.39/100g).
