Gorgonzola Piccante


Gorgonzola Piccante is a piquant blue-veined cows’ milk cheese with a rich, creamy texture and spicy tang: gorgeous crumbled into salads, melted over steaks and burgers, or stirred into pasta or risotto. It’s also delicious in savoury tarts and perfect on the cheeseboard, partnered with walnuts and pears.
