Hafod Cheddar (organic)


Rich, earthy and beautifully buttery, Hafod Cheddar is a true farmhouse cheese. It’s handmade in Ceredigion at Bwlchwernen Fawr, the longest-certified organic dairy farm in Wales, using creamy raw milk from Ayrshire cows. The truckles are basted with a traditional coating of lard, then expertly matured for 16 months for real depth of flavour. Made with animal rennet.
Please note: all our cheeses are hand cut, so the weights given are approximate. We try hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
