Inglewhite Sheep’s Cheese is hand crafted in Lancashire using locally sourced ewes’ milk. It’s a semi-hard white cheese with a smooth, creamy texture. Matured for up to five months for a rich, caramel sweetness, it’s delicious paired with fruit as part of a cheeseboard. Suitable for vegetarians.
