Hereford Hop is a silky-smooth cows’ milk cheese handmade by Gloucestershire cheesemakers Charles Martell & Son, creators of the gloriously pungent Stinking Bishop. By comparison, this cheese is pleasingly fragrant, thanks to its crust of toasted Hereford hops. These gently infuse the cheese as it matures, adding a deliciously tangy-sweet edge to the creamy flavour. Perfect served with a glass of crisp, hoppy Tudor IPA! Made with animal rennet.
