Lamb Shank

Our Lamb Shanks are a great-value cut, perfect slow braised with wine and herbs, or simmered gently with sweet spices in a fruity Moroccan-style tagine. We choose meaty hind shanks (cut from the back legs, above the knee) to ensure a generous serving of rich, meltingly tender meat, full of sweet grass-fed flavour. Approximate weight: 450g each.
Please note, because our lambs vary in size throughout the year, our shanks may weigh slightly more, or slightly less than the guide weight. Rest assured, they’re always a hearty serving!
