This mellow, nutty-tasting Manchego cheese is made in the arid La Mancha region of central Spain, using milk from the native Manchega sheep. We choose the “semicurado” version, which is matured for between 3 and 6 months for a firm, smooth texture and slightly sweeter flavour than the harder and more flaky 12-month matured “curado” version. Perfect served with dried fruit and nuts, or the Fine Cheese Co’s Quince Fruits For Cheese! Made with animal rennet.

Please note: all our cheeses are hand cut, so the weights given are approximate. We try hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
