A true local hero, Pant-Ys-Gawn is an award-winning fresh goats’ cheese from the Abergavenny Creamery, just a few miles from our door. It’s made using locally sourced Welsh goats’ milk and, inspired by classic French chèvre, has a soft, creamy texture and light, lemony tang. Delicious with Tracklements’ Sticky Fig Relish and The Fine Cheese Co’s Rosemary and Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crackers. Suitable for vegetarians.
