Treacle-Cured Bacon (500g)


We make our Treacle-Cured Bacon ourselves, using meaty British pork loin. It’s traditionally dry cured over 14 days with our special salt rub and a generous glug of good old-fashioned black treacle. The result is a deeply savoury bacon with just a hint of dark, treacly sweetness. And because we don’t add water, there’s no shrinkage, and each rasher cooks to crisp perfection. Choose from Shortback or Streaky, sold rindless and medium cut in 500g packs.
