From Fen Farm Dairy in Suffolk, Baron Bigod is a gorgeously creamy cow’s milk cheese is the English equivalent of French Brie de Meaux, the king of brie. Pronounced By-god, and named for the 12th Century earl who owned the land on which the Crickmore family’s farm now stands, it’s made with raw milk from the family’s own Montbeliarde herd, and can truly claim to be a proper farmhouse brie. Smooth and deliciously silky, with lingering earthy, mushroomy notes. Made with animal rennet.

Please note: all our cheeses are hand cut, so the weights given are approximate. We try hard to cut them as accurately as we can!
