From Caws Cenarth, one of the best-regarded dairies in Wales, Perl Wen (White Pearl) is a perennial favourite, marrying the soft, mould-ripened creaminess of a traditional French brie with the lactic, lemony notes of fresh, young Caerphilly. Made with organic cows’ milk, it’s a real crowd pleaser – and suitable for vegetarians, too.
